To deliver excellence in clinical trial management and advance the Australian trial sector
Cancer Trials Australia (CTA) is a highly effective member based clinical trial network and site service organisation, which has provided clinical trial administrative support to its members for almost 20 years.
Since its inception in 2003, CTA has administered the start-up and management of over 1,600 oncology clinical trials, sponsored by over 300 different organisations that have recruited in excess of 11,000 Australian patients.
CTA administers oncology clinical trials that range from first-time-in-human trials to large scale Phase III trials.
With 34 members throughout Australia and New Zealand, collaboration across these members provides a significant opportunity for sponsors to conduct multi-site clinical trials, accruing significant patient numbers quickly, despite our relatively small population.
All members of the RTN are part of the CTA network and we currently provide trial management services to 6 of the 7 regional members.
CTA are proud to offer our expertise and service delivery to these important regional sites. Our collaboration ensures continued improvement in clinical trial access for regional patients.
