  • Situated within a dedicated Cancer Service hub - Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre
  • Chemotherapy Day Unit comprising of 30 chairs and dedicated procedure room. 30 bed Haematology/ Oncology Inpatient Unit. Service provision by Ramsay Health Care Australia Pty Ltd
  • Dedicated Clinical Trials Unit with patient assessment and central processing facilities
  • Refrigerated Centrifuge, Minus 20 Freezer, Minus 80 Freezer, Refrigerated Storage
  • Participated in over 350 medical oncology and haematology clinical trials and recruited over 1700 patients
  • Pharmacokinetic (PK), Pharmacodynamic (PD) and Pharmacogenomic (PGx) testing capabilities
  • Radiotherapy facilities for combination clinical trials. Service provision by Genesis Care
  • Established relationship with Dorevitch Pathology to provide:
  • Local phlebotomy, processing and reporting services
  • Archival and fresh tissue preparation
  • Regional Imaging – A member of I-MED Radiology Network
  • Access to CT, MRI, PET, Image guided biopsy, Bone Density / DEXA Scan, X-ray, Ultrasound
  • Radiology assessments are reported by suitably qualified radiologist according to protocol requirements eg RECIST
  • On-site Pharmacy with secure, controlled access, temperature controlled storage of IP and onsite compounding
  • Adherence to GCP certification, IATA dangerous goods handling and documented SOPs

  • Time to approval = 2-4 weeks
  • Local governance completed within 4 weeks
  • Average time from Site Selection to first patient on study = 8-12 weeks
